A Legacy Built on Trust.
Since 1973, Picou Brothers Construction has helped businesses, developers and organizations bring important commercial and industrial projects to life across Louisiana and Mississippi.
Built by Brothers. Strengthened by Experience.
Picou Brothers Construction was founded in January 1973. What began with a commitment to hard work and dependable service grew into a respected commercial and industrial construction company serving clients throughout Louisiana and Mississippi.
Over the decades, the buildings have changed, construction technology has advanced and projects have become increasingly complex. The principles behind the company, however, remain remarkably consistent: understand the client’s needs, communicate honestly, protect everyone on the jobsite and deliver work the team can stand behind.
That steady approach has allowed Picou Brothers to build more than structures. It has created lasting relationships with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors and communities across the region.
The Principles Behind Every Project.
Our clients trust us with significant investments, demanding schedules and buildings that must serve them for years to come. We take that responsibility personally.

We work collaboratively with clients and project partners because the strongest results come from one committed team.
Quality Construction. Honest Service. Great Value.
These are not simply words on a page. They describe how we approach decisions, relationships and responsibilities on every project.
Built With Care
We hold our work to a high standard and pay attention to the details that protect performance, appearance and long-term value.
Clear and Responsive
Clients deserve straight answers, timely updates and a construction partner who remains engaged throughout the project.
Focused on the Whole Project
True value means balancing budget, schedule, function, quality and long-term ownership—not simply chasing the lowest initial number.
Every Person. Every Project. Every Day.
From safe design and preconstruction planning to daily field practices, Picou Brothers is committed to protecting clients, employees, subcontractors and the general public. Safety is integrated into how projects are planned, communicated and executed—not treated as a separate task.
